- Acts as the local expert for oracle team and drive business problem

- Responsible for understanding the business strategic direction and advising on the appropriate technology to support it.

- Provide input towards go forward technology Strategies for oracle IT function.

- Exercises substantial creativity in IT innovation and/or strategy planning. Responsible for defining a Talents skill build out plan

- Consults on the leading edge of technology and acts as an expert in the oracle technology stack.

- Have well developed problem management skills to ensure effective problem identification to resolution cycle.

- Expected to Solve highly complex problems and is sought as the resource for resolution.

- Responsible for effective communication to various stakeholders, including presenting project status and recommendations to senior management.

- Be a guide and mentor to the Oracle IT function. Sets the direction for knowledge transfer, coaches and mentors at all levels within IT.

- Be a role model and champion of Cummins leadership values.

- Provides expertise in complex application and network integration.

- Make recommendations to inter-disciplinary team to enhance data integrity and security for highly complex databases and overall information security policies and controls.

- May publish articles and speak at industry conferences and academic events.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

We are looking for Oracle BI delivery leader who has 15+ experience in building and managing large oracle teams. This person will manage domestic as well global business and will be responsible for managing entire delivery flawlessly leader with an exposure in following areas.

- Strong techno functional in oracle ERP with understanding of Oracle footprints and integrations.

- Should have Independently managed large Oracle critical projects - upgrade, new implementations etc.

- Experience in managing BI transformation and delivery

- Experience in working and managing complex oracle ERP environment.
