As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be essential in maintaining the high standards we uphold at our establishment.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms by changing bed linen, making beds, and replenishing bathroom amenities.
  • Keep the floors, carpets, and furniture spotless by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  • Empty trash containers and ashtrays regularly.
  • Restock minibars with beverages and food items.
  • Clean and tidy public areas, including corridors.
  • Report any maintenance needs or technical issues promptly.
  • Update the assignment sheet to keep track of guest room statuses.
  • Restock and organize the cleaning cart at the end of your shift.
