Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for integrated incident and problem management. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio
  • Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance.
  • Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service.
  • Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)
  • Responsible for any End-user support and drive any projects E2E
  • Responsible for information security and compliance
  • Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvements and innovation.
  • Responsible for 24x7 365 support, able to work in Shifts covering different regions.

Skills, Education and Experience

  • Overall, 15 to 20 years of experience, At least 10 years of relevant functional configuration experience with specialization in MFG SAP PP QM with Finance understanding
  • Strong Knowledge Make to Order, Order Management, Accounting, Tax applications, Warehouse & Logistics Management, shipping & transportation, Billing, GTS etc.

Leadership Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Managing externally contracted team resources.
  • Ability to work with cross functional workstreams and global teams

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies
  • Full cycle implementations of SAP modules
  • Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles
  • ITIL certifications preferred.
