Profile Summary :

Global control team orchestrate and govern the day-to-day operations of Asset Servicing. We design and continuously review the operating model to ensure the industry-leading service to our clients is agile, efficient, and compliant. We ensure our operations are resilient & sustainable to the risks of today and tomorrow.

A Control Consultant in this team is directly responsible for running initiatives that help improve the Risk environment. He / She should be able to support the Initiative leads in implementing and stabilizing the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework for Businesses across Asset Servicing. Should be able to initiate and build on the Business connects. Work with partners in the location and across the globe to ensure seamless execution of the program.

Major Duties :

  • Responsible to work closely with Businesses in reviewing its Risk and Controls. 
  • Understanding the same and help draft the business-specific RCSA documents in FUSION system. 
  • Ensure the quality of the documentation is as per the standards set. 
  • Demystify queries and guide the Business to adhere to the requirements and timelines set. 
  • Timely and proactive engagement with Business, Risk (2LOD), Operation Risk team, GBCRS & Control leads to ensure the RCSA documentations stays relevant and up-to-date for timely decision-making by Business and various reporting required. 
  • Participates in Internal Audit and Regulatory reviews for the operating group to ensure those review findings are also reflected in BU RCSA documentation in FUSION system Maintain the schedule of RCSA re-assessment & execute the same,basis the guidance in place. 
  • Present Business with analysis of their operational risks & recommend and implement controls (action place), and training as needed Be a self-learner in understanding BU risk profile and its resiliency strategies. 
  • Stay up to date with industry changes that may impact the risk & quality of our service.

Knowledge & Skills :

  • Strong Interpersonal skills and written communication Should have worked in the Risk /Compliance domain for at least 2 years

Experience required :

  • Minimum 4-5 years of related business experience.
