Siemens is seeking to hire a highly motivated Artificial Intelligence Developer for its energy business. The candidate will be expected to develop artificial intelligence and data analytics solutions for power generation products. These solutions will reduce product development time and effort and hence improve time-to-market and overall product competitiveness.

This position provides collaboration and growth opportunities within the digitalization fields of Siemens through its senior management, domain experts, software architects, technical partners, and universities, throughout our many locations in North America, Europe, India and Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for design, development, and testing in cloud-based Python applications on AWS/Azure.
  • You will have to derive software requirements and software functional specification, validate software requirements, provide software feasibility analysis and software effort estimation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy critical production systems.
  • Develop software solutions compliant with enterprise architecture, processes, procedures, and protocols.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Responsible for timely completion of the development phase of projects.
  • Responsible for implementing test automation and test guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for Design of software solutions based on requirements and within the constraints of architectural /design guidelines.


We don't need superheroes, just super minds
  • B.E. or B.Tech. computer science or similar numerical intensive fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software design and python backend development
  • Solid experience designing and developing python backend.
  • Microservice API development using Flask & Python
  • Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
  • Experience with cloud-based deployment of applications (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience in data base technologies, SQL, No-SQL
  • Unit testing
  • Version control and CI/CD with Git
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams and with internal customers.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
