Are you passionate about driving innovation in healthcare technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment? We're seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team and take charge of our Critical Care Information System.
We're a leading provider of healthcare solutions dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes. Our Critical Care Information System plays a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing communication, and ensuring the highest standard of care in critical care settings. Our customer base spans many countries and 3 continents.
*As the Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of product development, working closely with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for our Critical Care Information System. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
- Prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation/prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog.
- Conducting regular demos and gathering feedback to continuously refine and improve the product.
- Serving as the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs throughout the development process.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of healthcare technology, particularly in critical care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
