We urgently hiring Sales Engineers/ Sales managers for Chennai Location:About Company: Company is 100% subsidiary of Italy which is one of the market leaders in Environmental test Chambers. ATT India has well established direct operations from past 6 years with corporate office in Noida/Delhi with strong presence in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad.ATT India plans to hire dynamic, motivated, self-driven sales personnel for Chennai region.Job Briefing and Descriptions:Engineer must have minimum of 3-5 years experience in selling Environmental Chamber/Simulation Systems to Automotive, Aerospace and Defence Industries. Technically proficient candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills & written & oral communication skills.Job Requirement Identifying new potential market/customers Cold Calling, Enquiry Generation Direct Selling of products to the industries and meeting with the end users. Preparation of quotation and tender Responsible for Techno Commercial discussions and negotiations Responsible of tracking of inputs & output contracts, executions & payments Computer proficiency (Ms Office) and CRM tools.Candidates with refrigeration experience from good companies can be considered.Preferable & Desired:- Candidates, having qualifications of MBA/PGDBM/MTech, will be given preference. Local Language Tamil for ChennaiSales Engineering and Sales skillsTechnical Support skillsExcellent communication skillsCustomer service skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in the industry related to the job is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldSalary as per Market Standard
