We have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Incharge to join our team at Chalk and Duster Educational Services Pvt Ltd in Pune, Maharashtra. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities while leading a dedicated housekeeping staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure seamless coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any housekeeping-related needs or concerns.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi. Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Immediate availability for joining.
