UNI Club, a reputable BPO/Customer Care company, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telesales representatives in Bengaluru. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, attracting potential customers, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities:

- Serve customers by providing accurate and timely information about products and services.

- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and offering additional information about other products and services.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers' complaints and determining the best solution.

- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

- Achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to the team's success.


Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.

- Graduation is required for this position.

- Proficiency in basic English communication.

- Strong tele-sales skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.

- Must have a valid Aadhaar Card, education proof, and PAN Card.


Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from â¹15,000 to â¹25,000 per month. Incentives may be provided based on performance.
