Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand all aspects of assigned Defined Benefit in manual calculations.
  • Any non technical Graduates can apply.
  • Overall experience should be 4 years and 3.5 years of US Defined Benefits domain experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
  • Act as SME and as well as the point of contact for issue resolution on floor for participants.
  • Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
  • Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements
  • Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits
  • Research and recommend plan changes as needed.
  • Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques
  • Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts.
