Job Description:

VIHU is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Resort Terra Paraiso in Calangute, Goa. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the resort are kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities:

⢠Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

⢠Ensure that all areas of the resort are kept clean and tidy at all times.

⢠Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order additional supplies as needed.

⢠Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.

⢠Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

⢠Train and mentor new housekeeping staff.

⢠Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.

Requirements:

⢠Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.

⢠Excellent organizational and communication skills.

⢠Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

⢠Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
