Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Technical Officer - PLM (Warehouse & Stores), your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining stock rooms as per aviation standards and guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and TPM procedures for stock room access and environmental control.
- Safely storing items in good condition and in adherence to manufacturer's guidelines.
- Managing material transactions and capturing them in the system.
- Shelf life control to prevent the use of expired aircraft parts.
- Authorizing and documenting material movements.
- Issuing consignment stocks and following FIFO principles.
- Managing tool and equipment calibration/periodic checks.
- Providing material logistics support for planned and unplanned tasks.
- Conducting periodic stock checks and audits, resolving discrepancies.
- Forwarding invoices for timely payment action and compliance with PLM procedures.
