Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of network infrastructure projects to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the configuration and management of load balancing solutions to distribute network traffic effectively.Provide technical expertise in Cloud Networks specifically Cisco Meraki to support cloud-based initiatives.Manage and maintain switching and routing protocols using Cisco technologies to ensure seamless network operations.Implement and troubleshoot wireless network solutions to provide robust and secure connectivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify and resolve issues proactively.Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network security and performance.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments as needed.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical skills of the team.Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and incorporate them into the companys infrastructure.Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Load Balancing with hands-on experience in configuring and managing load balancers.Demonstrate expertise in Cloud Networks particularly with Cisco Meraki to support cloud-based projects.Have extensive experience in Switching & Routing using Cisco technologies to ensure reliable network operations.Show proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting wireless network solutions.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve network issues promptly.Certifications Required
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP)
