About Team

You will be part of order to cash vertical comprising various AR operations like Billing- Software Licence and maintenance, Data processing, billing support functions, customer MDM, Contract Valuation and Terminations, AR collection and Customer Service representative

What you will be doing 

This position is for billing analyst with a defined role in reviewing and setting up customers in SAP and other billing system.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience in Billing systems and there cross functions, also should be aware of entire billing process cycle.
  • Actively taking part in business/process calls to set expectations with team members.
  • Ensure to process the allotted work with defined targets and clear understandings.
  • Ability to comprehend the requirement of process and classify the challenges within day-to-day processing, as well share them with leads for further proposals.
  • Research data requests in-depth to determine accuracy and system impacts in database as received from internal departments, clients.
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Be flexible to work in allocated shifts and ensure proper communication is maintained with Leads/Manager.
  • Ability to provide strong leadership and promote growth and development.
     
  • Skills
  • Strong Accounting Knowledge â Billing operations, Accounts Receivable, SAP.
  • Good Communication Skills â Written and Verbal
  • Strong desktop computing skills â Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Ability to understand and resolve queries from business units.
  • Ability to co-relate data/figures, do analysis, and make relevant comments.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce
  • 10-12 yearsâ experience in billing operations

  • Owning the work assigned to ensure it completeness without compromising timeliness or accuracy.
