Urgent Requirement Project Sales


1. Must be any Graduate with min 4pus years of experience into Project sales handling architects, contractors, interior designer, builders.

2. Must have project sales experience from construction chemicals or Building material industry.

3. Must be ready to join with notice period of min 30 to 60 days only.

Core Responsibilities: Identification of Key Accounts:

- Identify set of min 50 Large Interior Turnkey contractors in the geography for adoption through existing relationship with any of the divisions or cold calling

- Map all the upcoming, ongoing projects of the key accounts along with relevant details

Relationship Management:

- Take end to end ownership of identified key accounts -Turnkey contractors/ builders/Architects and corporates ensuring business development and delivery to Pidilite across all Pidilite divisions

- Become Single point contact for the Top Key Account thereby routing all requirements/ business development/ queries/ support on an ongoing basis

- Ensure co-ordination with the divisions, distributors and dealers so that servicing the accounts is done in a timely manner

Business Development:

- Identify possible opportunities in terms of new business opportunities- new products, categories, accounts for penetration

- Execute the business development plan finalzed with KAM in close co-ordination with all divisions

- Solve all kind of queries- product/application/pricing/ delivery in co-ordination with all Sales and Marketing divisions

- Collaborate on a regular basis with the Specification Team to ensure Pidilite Brands are specified in BOQ and all upcoming projects are mapped

- Provide timely feedback on the status/ improvement plan
