This role focuses on providing support to engineers in designing solutions, products, machines, systems or structures, respecting time, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Accountabilities
  • Preparation of Mechanical datasheets, Specifications, requisitions, and develop design calculation for pressure vessels, columns, shell and tube heat exchangers, air cooled heat exchangers, storage tanks, heaters, launcher, receiver etc.
  • Review of vendor offer and preparation of technical bid evaluations.
  • Equipment design / selection in accordance with international codes and standards
  • Interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Review and approve Vendors drawings and documents. Liaise with Vendor and site construction team.
  • Participation in engineering review meetings with client.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringQualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in tank, vessels, drum, mechanical design.
  • Sound knowledge of international codes related to the static equipment, such as in ASME B&PV code, API 650, API 620, API660, TEMA etc.
  • Sound knowledge of material standards, inspection, and testing requirements of static equipment.
  • Should have good communication skills to coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines, Vendor and client.
