Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic technical leader to head our engineering organisation which would entail the following responsibilities:- Implementing and delivering highly scalable, industry leading, innovative Cyber Security Products and platforms.
Delivering a programme of projects with globally disperse teams and using leading edge technology and practice & implementation of technology at scale.
Manage a large team of very talented engineers. Directing the teams, to use technology, architecture and tools, and drive overall improved results.
Own, manage and deliver the products according to the roadmap using established best practices and in accordance with architecture and technology standards.

Required Experience Experience in building, architecting and implementing Microservices based cloud applications.
Should have experience in deployment over the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc) & possesses the knowledge on LBS, EBS, EKS
Extensive architectural experience and deep technical experience and skill in building Enterprise scale applications (Design patterns, Cloud patterns, MicroServices, IAAS/PAAS/SAAS).
The candidate should come from SAAS development experience.
Should have sound knowledge on design patterns, familiarity with different architectures at low level and high level
You must have hands-on experience with a Docker / Kubernetes based microservices deployment and be familiar with DevOps CI/CD principles. Exposure to big-data technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, Hadoop, etc.) Microservices/SaaS App Devp exp
Exposure to the DBs (any RDBMS, Mongodb, Cassandra, Elastic Search, etc).
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment
Strong people management skills./Soft skills very important. Needs to build Credibility with the team.
Abreast of technology trends, market needs and ability to interface with Product Management teams
