The Selected candidate will work with a highly motivated team involved in Tenders & Bids management activity of Signaling, Infrastructure and associated Services contracts as applicable . The Ideal candidate will be part of Bids management team in Bangalore.

 

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 

 

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be mentored by Bids or Costing Managers in order to contribute to various activities part of tender /Bids management lifecycle at the end of your training period. Typical activities might encompass assessment and comparision of customer requirements, associated services and product/material estimates with past data/benchmarks - Creating and/or maintaining the databases for effective comparision, reporting and decision making. Support costing team on pricing schedules.

 

You will interface with Tender Leaders, Bids and Costing Managers, Bid techncial managers and support bids towards compilation of QCD commitment and associated costing/pricing structure as applicable.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Get trained on the technolgies needed for the Signaling Solutions  
Gain knowledge on the transportation domain
Start to undestand customer requirements Vs Alstom internal solutions and products.
Perform required activities to support robust QCD , costing and pricing compilations.
Involve  in the creation and deployment of tools and best practices.

 

EDUCATION

 

Bachelor in Engineering – ECE & EEE or Equivalent with inclination towards techno -commercial subjects
