As a Customer Care executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat interactions. Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat interactions.

- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.

- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all conversations.

- Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services.

- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.

- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

- Educational qualification: Below 10th.

- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Strong typing and computer skills.

- Must possess an Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.


Salary and Benefits:
