Job Description

• Review /Sign all types of UK individual income tax returns.
• Demonstrate a hgh level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.
• Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets are met.
• Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN.
• Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Senior Associates.
• Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.
• Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders
• Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines, and knowledge-sharing.
• Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA.
• 3-5 years of experience in review/sign of UK Individual Tax returns
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata
