Responsibilities:

Demonstrated expertise with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
Proven proficiency in advanced technologies including Computer Vision, NLP, Search systems, Generative AI and Docker.
Lead the ideation, research, and development of sophisticated machine learning models.
Incorporate MLOps principles for end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
Develop robust, scalable, and production-grade data pipelines and machine learning models.
Construct scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to specific requirements.
Optimize models for performance and real-world constraints.
Write reusable code following best software engineering practices.
Enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and model version control.
Spearhead discussions with Operations teams for deployment and optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for impactful solutions.

Must Have Skills:

5 years of relevant data science experience in a delivery focused team.
Strong coding ability in Python, familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Transfer Learning, etc.
Experience with end-to-end model deployment and orchestration in production environments.
Experience with Azure and microservice-based architectures with Docker.
Experience working with relational databases and blob storage.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong team player with verbal and written communication skills.
