The primary responsibility of the Loan Tele Caller is to contact potential customers by phone to offer our loan products, explain the benefits, and assist them throughout the application process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong customer service orientation. *Key Responsibilities:* Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our loan products. Explain loan product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. Answer customer inquiries regarding loan terms, application process, and other related information. Collect customer information accurately and efficiently for loan applications. Follow up with customers to ensure completion of loan applications and provide assistance as needed. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer calls and loan applications. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. *Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role in the financial services industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Proficient in basic computer applications. *Additional Requirements:* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with loan products and financial services. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
