Job Description:

COEPD is seeking a Front Office Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, and we welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves managing the front desk and providing efficient customer service to callers and visitors.


Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming phone calls promptly and transfer them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

- Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners, as well as computer applications like MS Office.

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, creating a professional and welcoming environment.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the relevant recipients.

- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.


Qualifications:

- Good Communication Skills are mandatory.

- Ability to use office equipment and computer applications effectively.

- Must be punctual, organized, and possess a friendly demeanor.

- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.


Shift Timings:

- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Any shift is fine).
