Sr. Software Technologist I/II

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Proficiency in C++, Creates working software using C++

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Has experience designing and developing Oracle database applications(writing Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers), They also have experience debugging, testing, and fixing critical aspects of the application, and data modelling.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  C #/.NET is added advantage

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Develops features in an agile approach

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Actively participates in agile ceremonies.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Contributes towards continuous improvement of the team, software and processes

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Designs, codes, documents, tests (automated), maintains and deploys software

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on endâusers, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Keeps abreast of technical knowledge

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Lead design and development of high quality, re-useable, high performance SW components

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Support scrum master/project management in estimation, planning and execution of the software components

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ensure that performance / nonfunctional requirements are defined and addressed by teams

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Serve as a driving force for SW functional excellence

Experience & Qualifications

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Around 12 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in C++

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Experience in software design concepts, System Design, and design patterns

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Experience with Agile methodology, tools and practices.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Proven working experience in global, multidiscipline environment
