HM Clause

- Provides overall direction to the Reception, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales return, bulking, Non-Seed and Plant QC team and implements strategy in collaboration with the Plant Head.

- Responsible for Service Level Agreement targets for the Reception as well as On time dispatch with Zero deviations.

- Drives operational improvements, KPI metrics tracking and implementation of best practices through team members and along with peers.

- Accountable, Represents and contribute to the site's involvement to improve the Overall safety as well as Quality culture and drive the initiatives and objectives to ensure worker safety.

- Supports implementation and improvement of QMS systems deliver the quality products that meet/exceed stakeholder and customer quality expectations.

- Involvement in Plant Opex management by controlling the Non-Seed purchase and maintain the proper stock as per requirement.

- Participate in Plant SIM and collaborate to efficiently supply volumes on timely manner with right Customer with right quantity.

- Team development aligning with business needs.

- Develop objectives and plans for team associates and track performance to annual goals.

- Support areas across the plant in driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices and programs (5S, Lean, Kaizens, SIM, Gemba walk & CRP (Critical Risk Programme).

- Staff management: Motivating, organizing, and disciplining staff

- Space management: Setting up layout and ensuring efficient space utilization

- Stock Taking : Cycle count twice in year for both Seed and Non-Seed. Also, Blind count on monthly basis.

- Records: Keeping detailed records of warehouse activities

- Supervising Daily Warehouse activities, including Quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and support Customer service team for ensuring the right qty to right Customer with on time.

- Liaising: Liaising with transport companies and Government authorities with alignment of plant manager and Legal team.

- Ensuring the Safety of staff and Working with the Site EHS Officer to manage Health and Safety within the Stores area including reporting accidents/incidents/Near misses/Dangerous act and conditions in preventive reporting Tools.
