Leaf Studios Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our team in Delhi. As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant working environment for all employees.


Responsibilities:

  1. Bringing all the necessary items to meet the cleanliness requirements and maintaining adequate stock levels.
  2. Taking care of all cleaning tasks and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the office premises.
  3. Providing instructions and guidance to all employees regarding cleaning procedures and fostering a positive working relationship within the team.
  4. Responsible for washroom maintenance, including cleaning commodes, maintaining cleanliness, and daily disposal of waste.

a) Basic manners: Ensuring washrooms are flushed before use.

b) Proper disposal: Tissue papers should be discarded in the dustbins, not in the commode to prevent blockage.

c) Regular cleaning of dustbins in washrooms.

  1. Assisting with various office tasks such as fieldwork, data entry, packaging, and security-related work.
