Within RSC Operations organisation, reporting to PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering) central Metier Director, you will ensure below main missions:

Lead improvements of IS-&-Tools to answer operation needs (PLM4A / GSI / AOS / DELMIA, NEO…) in close relationship with Digital Data management team (M&T and IS&T Projects and teams) :

Assess and identify Indus & Manufacturing processes performance improvements

Ensure alignment of Domains Network: Organize and coordinate concerned person within central Metier or Site to answer at any question related Processes implementation within the IT tools

Support process transformation through PLM4A uses cases and implementation cross sites, especially by informed and support PME Teams on new processes, or updated processes.

Interface M&T team for deploying standalone initiatives to a global Alstom solution when require.

Support automation team within incorporation of new automated solution in the Alstom IT backbone.
The aim is to create tools that can be applied consistently and in line with standard PME processes. Any other orientation will have to be arbitrated at the central PME level.
Required profile
Technical Competencies

Good knowledge of Process Engineering

Good Knowledge of Industrial processes and current Industrial digital tools.

Global understanding of overall internal processes (Projects, Engineering, Industrial, …).
Soft Skills

Ability to analyse in extracting essentials facts

Ability to synthesize in preparing clear presentation and reporting to management.

Good communication skills

Decision maker, drive to achieve results, ability to put organisation under tension.

Convince and influence (internal organization) towards Industrial targets.
Experience : 5 years’ experience in Railway industry (RS and/or Compo) within Industrialization organization. A crossing in IS&T is a plus. PIM or RLi profil are welcome
