CloudOps Technologist
In order to create a positive customer experience, this role is responsible to automate and streamline the software development cycles. Ensures high quality releases by optimizing interfaces between development and operations, closely tied with the Agile and Lean methodologies, and supports the fully automated deployment ideology of microservices. All to ensure great digital solutions are developed for our customers.

Your role:

  • Building, delivering, and managing AWS cloud environments using IaC (Terraform and Salt).

  • Managing CI/CD domains using Git, Jenkins and other tools.

  • Administration of Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix XenApp 7.x infrastructure.

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency of the systems deployed on AWS cloud.

  • Collaborate with software development to deploy and maintain applications in test / staging / production environments to meet uptime and performance.

  • Automation of installation /configuration / management of infrastructure and application using PowerShell and Python scripts.

  • Build and maintain enterprise monitoring platforms and scripts, including basic infrastructure checks and synthetic transactions.

  • Deliver on S.L.A. to customers.

  • On call support on rotation basis (9 to 9)



You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree/masterâs degree in computer science/SW/Electronics/ with 7-8 years of experience in a 24x7 Cloud or supporting large-scale SaaS production operations.

  • AWS SysOps Administrator and Terraform certified is preferred.

  • Expertise with Windows and Linux systems administration.

  • Expert level knowledge on Enterprise networking (DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN and Proxy Etc.)

  • Experience in deploying applications within a production cloud environment (AWS).

  • Experience in managing Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp infrastructure.

  • Good knowledge on Enterprise monitoring, backup, patching and antivirus tools.

  • Experience on different CICD tools like Jenkins,Salt,Git and Terraform

  • Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python or similar).

  • Experience with information and application security including public key encryption, SSH, access credentials.

  • Effective communication skills
