Education: Bachelors Electronics Engineering
Tools: Altium Designer, Altium Concord, Siemens (Mentor Graphics) xDesigner, xPedition PCB, Library manger, EDM, AutoCAD, Kisters, Gerber Viewer, SAP PLM, Teamcenter, SVN, JIRA
Strong Experience in the area of PCB layout, Library management.
Hands-on experience in using the tools such as Altium, Siemens (Mentor Graphics), Gerber Verification Tools.
Experience in Automotive PCB Designs which conforms to EMI/EMC/DFM/DFT/Thermal requirements.
Design of Multilayer PCBs with a variety of shapes and mechanical constraints.
Creation of PCB Manufacturing Data.
Generation of PCB data to support RFQs for new developments.
EMS Support, Query resolution.
Release of manufacturing data to PLM (SAP/Teamcenter).
Good understanding of product development lifecycle activities.
Excellent organization and documentation abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with global and cross-functional team.
IPC Certified Designer (CID/CID )

Role and Responsibilities

Design of single-sided, double-sided, and multi-layered PCBs using industry-standard techniques, ensuring considerations for DFM/DFT/EMI/EMC & Thermal.
Responsible for completing PCB designs in accordance with agreed project time, quality, and performance requirements.
Working with Electronic/Mechanical Engineers to develop Schematics/Constraints.
ECAD library management including symbol, footprint as per standards and guidelines.
Create, update, maintain Layout rules, checklists, processes.
Create standard blocks of PCB layouts.
Continuously upgrade with advanced functions, improve processes, rules methodologies to improve PCB layout quality and reduce development efforts.
Support PCB Simulation (Thermal/SI/PI)
