Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Whether it's assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.


Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality customer interactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
