Responsibilities

Identify new business development opportunities for development of PSP/HPP in various states of India and neighboring countries. 

Understanding of Hydro Power Plant, Pumped Storage Plants, M&A processes, project finance and financial modelling, Power Purchase Agreements, Regulations/norms on Hydro Sector, grid connections, various permission requirements etc. 

Study & provide inputs in various technical Reports, Project Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Report etc. for development of PSP/HPP and prepare Presentation for Top Management.

Oversee the budget and cost control of Project, ensure the adherence to standards, permits, performance, quality and safety expectations.

Develop appropriate bidding/business development strategies to acquire new projects.

Participate and lead tendering process for PSP/HPP related tenders.

Conduct preliminary due diligences of PSP/HPP by conducting site visit and information available from consultant/public domain/govt portals etc.

Represent the organization's interests in front of various stakeholders- regulatory bodies, government, internal management team, commercial bodies, etc. Attending various business-related meetings with Internal team, Consultant, Govt offices, Vendors etc.



Qualifications

Qualification :- B. E/ B. Tech + MBA

Experience :- 15 to 18 Years
