Job Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic leader to propel our sales and marketing team to new heights of growth. This role entails defining, executing, and taking ownership of the strategy essential for achieving revenue goals at Bakul Fresh Agritech. The candidate will collaborate with the CEO to set strategic objectives and sustain our growth and market share by driving new account acquisition, activation, account management, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The ideal individual must possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to train and motivate teams, and a background in an analytical approach to business development. The candidate should be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possess a task-oriented mindset to design efficient systems that enhance productivity.

The Sales Head is expected to showcase leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to drive successful Below-The-Line (BTL) activations, contributing to overall business objectives.

Key Deliverables:

- Integral involvement in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting of business requirements and decision-making processes.

- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the sales and marketing team.

- Cultivate key cross-functional relationships to identify and exploit large, complex opportunities.

- Establish strong relationships with key external stakeholders to accelerate and scale sales opportunities.

- Achieve assigned sales and receivables targets for the region.

- Personally accountable for team-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive Below-The-Line (BTL) Activation Plan.

- Plan and organize events in designated societies.

- Set area-wise, society-wise, and Business Development Executive (BDE)-wise targets for BTL activations.

- Communicate targets to BDEs in advance, providing clear expectations and guidelines.

- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are secured for smooth execution.

- Regularly report on event status, achievements, and challenges to higher management.

- Foster strong relationships with key societies and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) for potential future collaborations.

- Ensure positive engagement with stakeholders to enhance brand image and drive sales.

- Actively participate in customer pitches, offering ongoing coaching to enhance presentation skills.

- Evaluate BDE performance, providing training and coaching to assist in reaching targets. Oversee performance improvement initiatives and strategically allocate manpower based on individual capabilities in different areas.

- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to ensure successful sales and business generation, meeting budgeted figures and maintaining monthly activity ratios.

A strong background with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in Agritech, FMCG, E-Commerce, or Retail, is preferred.
