We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated GRE/GMAT trainer to join our team. As a GRE/GMAT trainer, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the intricacies of these standardized tests, empowering them to achieve their desired scores and pursue their academic goals. Requirements: Expertise in GRE/GMAT Exams: In-depth knowledge of the GRE and GMAT exam structures, content, and scoring systems. Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching GRE/GMAT preparation courses and helping students improve their scores. Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and explain complex concepts clearly. Engagement Strategies: Ability to develop engaging lesson plans, practice materials, and strategies to enhance students' understanding and performance. Responsibilities: Conduct GRE/GMAT Preparation Classes: Lead GRE/GMAT preparation classes, covering all sections of the exams including Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Analytical Writing, and Integrated Reasoning (for GMAT). Provide Personalized Guidance: Offer individualized support and guidance to students based on their specific needs, strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Administer Practice Tests: Administer diagnostic tests and practice tests, analyze students' performance, and provide feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Offer Test-taking Strategies: Teach effective test-taking strategies, time management techniques, and approaches to tackling different question types. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest developments in GRE/GMAT testing, update course materials accordingly, and incorporate best practices into teaching methods. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher Previous experience teaching GRE/GMAT preparation courses Strong GRE/GMAT scores (preferred but not required)
