Key Areas of Responsibilities:

As a Software Architect, you are responsible for: 

  • Architecting, designing and implementing the embedded C++ software for the product. 

  • Participating in requirements definition and driving the design creation, detailing, and documentation 

  • Assuring that your software complies to the requested quality norms, participating in design and code reviews, and participating in FMEAs 

  • Creating automated unit tests and integration tests within the chosen frameworks 

  • Able to estimate own and team's work, delivering input for the planning process and defining and maintaining the own and teamâs backlog 

  • Drawing up a personal schedule and reporting on progress in a structured way 

  • Ensuring that there is proper documentation for the developed software. 

We are looking for 

  • You have an education in Electronics or SW Engineering  

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience in embedded SW development 

  • Very good experience in C and C++ programming language, familiar with C++ design patterns 

  • Strong technical skills in embedded SW development, HW/SW interfacing, debugging, low level RTOS environments. Azure RTOS ThreadX experience is a plus. 

  • Experience with various build and test tools, experience with VectorCast is a plus 

  • Experience in regulated environments, Class II/III medical device development is a plus. 

  • Affinity with and experience in Agile software development

Soft Skill set: 

  •    Extremely good communication and presentation skills

  •     Technical mentorship

  •      Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision

  •       Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline

  •     Ability to innovate and foster innovation

  • Effective stakeholder management
