Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales with a strong background in catering to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs). This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with our high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target and acquire new HNI clients, leveraging your industry expertise and network.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to drive repeat business and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and experiences that resonate with the unique preferences and lifestyles of HNI clients.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in meeting sales targets and objectives.

- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats within the luxury and high-end segments, and develop proactive strategies to capitalize on them.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the luxury travel sector.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 8-20 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on serving High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) with prior industry experience in luxury, travel, concierge, hospitality, private wealth, automobiles, aviation, or real estate.

- Extensive network of contacts and relationships within the HNI or UHNI segment, with a track record of successfully closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
