GT CAO Job Spec:

Purpose:

  • Provides coordination, management and oversight of all administrative activities related to the goals of the Global Treasury team
  • Supports & delivers on group-wide projects and initiatives, whether driven by Global Treasury or regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative management /regional committees / GT deliverables
  • Partners with GT Leadership team in implementing strategic and operational strategies
  • Manages sensitive organizational data related to budget, headcount, forecasting, talent assessment
  • Handles confidential data and information with total discretion
  • Oversees Treasury culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Liaises with Critical Treasury Leaders â understands current issues in the business and assists business head in follow through
  • Maintains working relationship with internal/external contacts, including CIO, ALM, Capital, GLM, Treasury Operations, Project Management, CFO CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance and others
  • Works with the business on strategy and planning throughout the year
  • Serves as proxy for business leads as required
  • Participates in ad hoc projects as required
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Participation in outsourcing management

Skills / Experience:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in financial institutions in broad variety of roles
  • Highly numerate logic with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including proven experience in negotiating and influencing results and change
  • Experience in managing large cross-functional projects and presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience in producing high quality documentation: translations, business plans, regulatory and outsourcing documentation, internal policies and procedures management reporting
  • Experience in developing strong working relationships across businesses and functions and working as part of a cross-functional team
