**What You'll Do**

- As CoE Engineer/expert for SAP systems, analyze performance bottlenecks (system wide or business process wise) on Application, HANA, or OS level of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
- Design and optimize complex IT landscapes for our largest customers.
- Grow expertise in new technologies like HANA, BIG data platform, etc.
- Collaborate in globally distributed Mission Control Centres.
- Requires good team player skills, ability to solve technical problems, and strong English language skills.

**What You'll Bring**

- 3 years experience in SAP NetWeaver/Basis and HANA administration/tuning.
- Skills in HANA performance, troubleshooting, SQL scripting, data modeling, SAP application memory management, and more.
- Exposure to BASIS and HANA upgrade/migration activities, SLT/SDA/SDI setup, HANA modeling, SAP tools, and more.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
