Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Achieving sales coverage & growth by appointing distributors, increasing retail coverage through strong secondary sales for Ghee sales in MP

2. Working & executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets

3. Ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets

4. Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors

5. Candidate from FMCG industry with experience in Ghee Sales preferred

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Should have relevant experience of min 7-12 years for ASM

2. Should have experience in opening new geo, launching products and achieving growth through strong secondary & institutional sales

3. Candidates with experience in similar profile in ghee or FMCG sales preferably in MP, ONLY NEED APPLY

Govindah Nutrition is dairy products company started by IIT Alumni focusing on building a mass premium dairy brand in central India with launch of liquid milk as well as value added milk products like dahi, lassi, chach, paneer, ghee, milk shakes, yoghurt & cheese.The company has commissioned a fully automated dairy processing plant near Bhopal and is focusing on building the retail business initially in MP with prime focus on Bhopal & Indore cities & upcountry areas.

The company is already supplying Milk & Ghee across locations in MP via distribution channel. The company has also launched a direct to consumer (D2C) ecommerce based consumer app & distribution platform to supply milk, dairy products & F&B products directly to consumer homes.
