Account Director - SAAS


What you'll do:

- Strategic Account Management: Oversee strategic accounts within the BFSI sector, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and value delivery.

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to BFSI clients, emphasizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute BFSI-focused sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within BFSI agencies.

- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities specific to the BFSI sector.

- Solution Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to BFSI clients, aligning with their unique needs and objectives.

- Account Strategy Definition: Define and implement the account strategy for BFSI clients, driving a quarterly sales plan.

- Metric Measurement: Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics related to BFSI client engagements.

What you'll bring:

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in BFSI Industry sales & account management.

- Proven track record in sales with a focus on IT services/products and solution selling for BFSI clients.

- Strong hunter mentality with a successful history of acquiring new BFSI clients and achieving sales targets.

- Background in BFSI account management and sales is highly desirable.

- Experience in selling to BFSI institutions is a must-have.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics within the BFSI sector.
