Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. Additionally expertise in Data Governance is essential. This role will involve managing projects that drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects focused on Adobe Analytics and related technologies.Oversee the execution of project tasks ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering to optimize data collection and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target into marketing initiatives.Ensure data governance standards are maintained throughout all project phases.Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.Implement best practices for data governance to ensure data quality and compliance.Analyze project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Adobe technologies.Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Have 8 to 12 years of experience in project management.Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.Show proficiency in data governance practices and principles.Exhibit strong communication and leadership skills.Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Show a track record of successful project delivery.Possess problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit a proactive approach to project management.Certifications Required
