We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Travel Consultants for the Chat Hub at American Express Global Business Travel in Delhi. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional travel booking and advisory services to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the travel industry.


Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients via chat to understand their travel requirements

- Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and destinations

- Book flights, hotels, and transportation based on client preferences

- Assist with changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed

- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner

- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures

- Stay updated with travel industry trends and offerings

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings

- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a travel-related role is an advantage

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in written English for chat-based interactions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools (GDS experience preferred)
