Roles & responsibilities Discussing project aims with the Project manager and development team.
Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and performant web applications using PHP and Laravel
Ensure that the development team follows best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing
Collaborate with other teams such as design and product management to develop new features and functionalities that meet business requirements
Presenting work in meetings with clients and management whenever needed.
Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Mentor and train junior developers on the team
Ability to manage multiple projects with Juniors
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Skills required 5 years of experience in PHP web frameworks including Cake php Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
Experience with JSON and XML processing libraries.
Experience with Agile Software Methodology.
Experience leading a team of developers in a software development environment
Strong understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework, including best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Solid knowledge of OOP concepts.
Understanding of MySQL,Mongo, PostgreSQL databases or other relational databases
Familiarity with Git and version control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
