Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized environment throughout the premises.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Regularly inspect rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages for effective communication.
  • Strong correspondence skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge in computer operations and managing housekeeping materials.
  • Experience in staff attendance maintenance and handling manpower shortages.
