Primary Responsibilities:

Update existing and create new business documentation according to specified timelinesReview & write documentation (SOP/PI's) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rulesCollaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for instruction, guidance, or directionProactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report statusFacilitate small to mid-size documentation effortsOrganize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflict with, and/or approve documentation, and report statusBe able to make recommendations for content/format improvementsBe able to make recommendations for department or business partner process improvementsPerform research required to update/develop documentationPublish documentation according to established protocolAssist leadership with business issue resolutionMeet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to deliveryComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate1+ years of writing experienceIntermediate in MS Word and HTML codingPreferred Qualifications:
