Performance Marketing Manager - Responsibilities

A. Achieving KPIs to meet our pipeline targets

Project targets from new and optimization-ready campaigns across different channels like Google, LinkedIn, FB, etc.

Define overall budget requirements vs target for each campaign

Maintain Cost/MQL and Cost/SQL efficiency targets defined

B. Identify new opportunities to diversify acquisition channels

Create frameworks to ideate and prioritize new campaign opportunities to meet demand targets

Create a campaign calendar to visualise how these campaigns will be launched throughout the quarter

End-to-end campaign planning from messaging, and landing pages to final launch. Work with the design team to ensure creative standards are met

Define the SOP including campaign naming, targeting, tracking parameters, bid strategy, negative keyword list etc.

Research and identify new channels to advertise on

C. Monitoring/Optimizing channels to maintain an efficient, well-oiled & automated machine

Create frameworks to identify and prioritize campaigns to optimize

Define & implement optimization cadences and ensure they are being executed

Diagnose and course-correct campaigns that perform below-expected metrics

Create regular cadences to align the team on overall account health factors

Be on top of best practices of all platforms and ensure it is being implemented in the account

D. Creating meaningful reports to communicate effectively with leadership

Work with the Ops team to ensure tracking and analytics are set to monitor metrics

Create reports that help visualize campaign/channel performance. Share and communicate the performance/diagnosis of campaigns against targets on a weekly basis

Closely work with the CRO team to create an experimentation framework. Define the ideal experimentation timeline for new experiments (campaign/copy/landing pages etc.), and statistical significance for the experiment to be considered a 'win'

What do you bring to the table:

5+ years of experience working with high growth teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of SaaS businesses

Deep understanding of performance marketing platforms

Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn &/or other similar advertising platforms

Experience setting up and running multi-channel performance marketing strategies.

Experience handling larger budgets
