Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack applications using Oracle Webcenter Records Oracle WebCenter Content and Oracle Weblogic JMS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.Lead the integration of third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.Work closely with the Property and Casualty Insurance domain experts to ensure alignment with business goals.Document technical designs processes and user guides for future reference.Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have 6 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Oracle technologies.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Webcenter Records Oracle WebCenter Content and Oracle Weblogic JMS.Show proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Have experience with agile development methodologies.Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required
