NA Position Purpose

Required as part of NAR project which involves development and maintenance of multiple projects belonging to NAR region. Technology stack involves SAP Business Objects for reporting. SQL queries, PL/SQL stored procedures, cursors, packages. This project requires a strong candidate who has above skill sets and who has worked in development projects and capable of working with onsite counterparts and also having good communication skills.

§  Experience in business analysis, strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Develop code from technical specifications received from the Team Lead

·       Strong analytical, debugging and testing skills

·       Bachelors in Computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

·       5-7 years of strong experience and skills in providing SQL (SQL queries, PL/SQL stored procedures, cursors, packages etc.) based data solutions

·       Good track record in Oracle database development, i.e. good knowledge & practice of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

·       3-5 years of experience creating reports using SAP Business Objects Webi

·       Good to have - experience in developing solutions with Tableau / Power BI.

·       Good to have - experience in developing solutions with Alteryx / Informatica.

·       Experience in banking or finance industry will be a plus.

·       Experience in business analysis, strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills

·       Excellent English communication skills and ability to deal effectively with business users.

·       Proven ability to pick up new technologies independently and quickly. Specific Qualifications (if required)
