We are currently seeking a Incident/Project Manager to join our team in ​​​​​​​Hyderabad, Telangana, ​​​​​​​India.

"Seeking a 12+ years of proactive and detail-oriented expereince with a strong focus on Salesforce administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle ticket management, pager duty alerts, client interactions, staffing challenges, attrition control, roster management. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings with clients and continuously brainstorming ways to automate and reduce L1 & L2 tickets.

Requirements:
-    Salesforce Admin knowledge a must or should have completed trailhead by 50%.
-    Proven experience in ticket handling, pager duty alerts.
-    Ability to connect effectively with clients and manage staffing challenges.
-    Strong skills in controlling attrition and managing staff roster efficiently.
-    Proficiency in conducting Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings with clients.
-    Demonstrated ability to brainstorm and implement strategies for automating and reducing L1 & L2 tickets.
-    ITIL V3 Certified.
-    Prince 2 Certified is a plus but not mandatory.
-    PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
-    Yellow Belt is a plus but not mandatory.
-    Knowledge of reducing Average Handling Time
-    Basic SQL scripting skills.
-    Have created SOPs & Workflow charts. 
-    Good in delegating task & grooming team members
-    Proven experience on Automating tickets & reduce number L1 & L2 and bring more L3 tickets. "
