1. Contract Management : Drafting Contracts (MOU, NDA, MSA) and Managing Contracts (RFP, RFI, Managed Services, outcome based), New Client Onboarding

2. Setting up Org Compliance (e.g., ISO, CMMi, SOC 2 etc....) and getting certified

3. ODC Management (Managing ODC security, compliance, and profitability)

4. Supporting PMO team (corporate/centralized PMO) in Streamlining / Improve processes, procedures, and checklists.

5. Supporting PMO team (corporate/centralized PMO) in creating Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Compliance report.

6. Working with Admin Team and IT team for issues concerning ODC.
