What will you do? (Responsibilities):
You will be executing the below mentioned responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and job profiling to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Work together with hiring managers to determine priorities for recruitment, define clear expectations, and comprehend staffing needs.
- To guarantee effectiveness and efficiency in the hiring process, observe and enhance recruitment metrics.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry events, to attract top talent.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance employer brand and attract diverse talent.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with HR partners, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives.
- Create and nurture an enduring rapport with outside companies, organisations, and academic institutions in order to bolster the talent pipeline.
What do we need? (Requirements):
- Master's in Business Administration/Human resource/Social Work is must
- Proven experience of 6+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting the Sales, Marketing and Service Industry.
- Hands on experience on Mass/Niche lateral hiring. Handling campus drives will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
- Able to analyse and display hiring metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making
